Standard Reporting Features

The key to success when using any control system is the reconciliation of usage to sales.  There are many ways to do this ranging from a quick manual spreadsheet, right up to Pour Controls Real Time Variance Reporting. 

All our systems deliver reports in several ways to ensure you get the management tools you need to prosper.  We can connect to your PC with a serial connection, with reports taken at preset times and archived to your hard drive.  

You can monitor and report for every liquor brand or draft tap, sort by revenue centers or individual bars,  Values reported include volumes dispensed, by activity of brand and portion sizes, revenues, or costs.  With a few simple keystrokes you can tune the report to delivery exactly what you want.

Reports can be captured several ways.  Individual stations can report via the Front Panel Display, to a serial printer, or to a PC.  Once linked Scheduled Reports are available, taken at present times of the day.   AutoArchive stores them to your PC with a time/date file name.  All records are retained for audit purposes.

Using Pour Controls interface to your POS system gives you "to the second" detail. For the operator demanding full control, Real Time Variance Reporting is the way to go.  For the smaller operations, Pour Controls Batch Reporting is available, or manual reconciliation worksheets are supplied.  With an upward migration path you can add features as you choose without sunk costs.
